Affirmations
Affirmations, also known as mantras are to be used as often as possible. Silently or out loud, in public and in private, when with other folks or when you're with yourself. The best time I have found to practice is when the thought arises. The best place is wherever I am at that moment when the thought arises.
Always start with at lease 1 deep breath, 3 is better and 5 is even better! Make sure you breathe fully into your diaphragm. As this stimulates the Vagus nerve which reduces your cortisol (stress hormone) levels. As you are inhaling & when you begin reciting the words, visualize yourself surrounded with and filled by a beautiful and divine white light.
GUIDANCE MANTRAS -
I AM (your name) here and now.
I (your name) AM listening to and trusting my intuition to guide me to be exactly where, with who and doing what I need for my Highest Good and the benefit of the Collective Consciousness. And so it is.
I (your name) AM, always and only allowing Divine Universal Life Force Energy to flow to me and through me at all times.
I AM The Light, The Light I AM.
RELEASE MANTRAS -
General for Self ------- I (your name) release myself from holding any energy not in divine affinity with my own. I Bless that energy with Light and Love and surrender it out to Source so that it may be transformed to the Highest Vibrational Frequency of Diving Healing for myself and all other beings.
