Nara graduated from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA in October 1995 as a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator, she has been practicing ever since.  She participated in the post-grad teacher assisting upon graduating through 1997. 

  Focusing in from the outside of the body, Nara uses her heightened sensory abilities along with visualizations in combination with several modalities of bodywork  including, Swedish, Shiatsu, Quantum Touch Energy, Chakra Clearing, Eden Energy Medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique, Reiki and Breath Work to assist her clients in the facilitation of their own healing. 

  By looking and listening in before and throughout the session,  Nara can make an accurate assessment and create a customized strategy for each individual.  She often assigns homework to her clients including stretches, breathwork and scheduled movement breaks.
